Food, as always, was good. however, after arriving a few minutes early was told it would be ready at 5 past. I waited and waited and waited. I asked again to be told 3-4 minutes. So I waited. And waited. A full 30 minutes later after asking a second time the meal was eventually presented to me. When I finally got home and opened the food it’s safe to say the naan had last been hot several hours ago and the poppadoms were the time store bought ones. Very disappointed

So my estimated time of collection was 18.49 but as you can see on here my order was missed and not started till 19.09. My daughter’s order was ready but their food was then cold after waiting half an hour for mine! They need to be checking online orders if you are going to offer the service. Our food was nice and very hot, but the rest was cold and naan breads wet from condensation in the bag.
